Bonnie Hazel Taylor, age 77 of Brasstown, NC, passed away Monday, March 10, 2008 at Murphy Medical Center. Bonnie was born Thursday, April 10, 1930 in Mecklenburg Co. NC to the late Marshall Shipman and the late Birdie Williams Shipman. She was preceded in death by husband, Bernie Taylor and grandson, Brandon Taylor.
Survivors include: son & daughter-in-law, Bruce & Vickie Taylor of Brasstown, NC, daughter & son-in-law, Kathy & Robert Kitchen of Lawrenceville, GA, sister, Clara Mae Moody of Skyland, NC, grandson & granddaughter-in-law, Doug & Cindy Thrasher of Murphy, grandson & granddaughter-in-law, Dennis & Starr Kitchen of Kennesaw, GA, grandson, Davey Kitchen of Atlanta, GA, granddaughter & grandson-in-law, Tracy & Shannon Click of West Glacier, Montana, great-grandson, Luke Thrasher of Jacksonville, FL, great-grandson, Mason Thrasher of Murphy, great-grandsons, Jacob & Justin Click of West Glacier, Montana, several nieces & nephews also survive.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at 11 am from the Pine Log Cemetery with the Rev. Aud Brown officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations may be made to Reach, Inc., PO Box 977, Murphy, N.C. 28906..
