Charlene Dillard Singleton, age 76, of Mineral Bluff, passed away Thursday, August 19, 2021, at her home. Mrs. Singleton was born September 3, 1944, in McCaysville, GA to the late Charlie Dillard and the late Clarice Carney Dillard. She was a lifelong resident of Fannin County and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Mineral Bluff. Charlene enjoyed gardening and arranging flowers, and was an avid reader. She was preceded in death by her mother, Clarice Dillard, father, Charlie Dillard, husband, John W. Singleton, brother, Paul Dillard, and sister, Regina Ware.

Survivors include her son, Bruce (Shanda) Skinner, step-daughters, Kimberly Spencer, Chrystal Singleton-Kelly, and Crystal Johnson, sister, Frankie Ware, brother, Allen Dillard, grandchildren, Kaylee Skinner, Sh'Dawn Moore, Anthony Johnson, and Donovan Singleton, great-grandchildren, Brianna Moore, and Brooke Moore.

Funeral services: Tuesday, August 24, 2021, at 6:00 pm at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge with Rev. Paul Adams officiating. Interment will be in the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA.

The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Tuesday, August 24, 2021, 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
