Charles Junior Pierce, 83 years old of Blue Ridge, GA, passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2010.
He was born in Fannin County, GA, son of Carl Pierce and Lola Pierce.
He was a member of Harmony Baptist Church where he was a licensed Minister and a deacon, a US Army Veteran serving in WWII and he enjoyed doing carpenter work and fishing.
Surviving are wife, Mary Jo Pierce, son & daughter-in-law, Mike& Tammy Pierce, brother, Billie Pierce, granddaughter & husband, Kayla & Shannon Bradburn, granddaughter, Britteny Pierce, nieces and nephews.
he was preceded in death by father, Carl Pierce, mother, Lola Pierce.
Friends will be received Friday, April 16, 2010 from 6:00-9:00pm at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home.
Services will be held at the funeral home chapel on Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 2:00pm, with the Rev. Glen Collis officiating. Music by Jessie and Lina Hill.
Interment will follow in the Chastain Memorial Park cemetery.
