Mr. Charles Raymond Baird passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2013 at the Life Care of Basin in Ducktown,TN. Charles was born April 6, 1934 to the late Charles Alton and Mary Lockridge Baird. Charles was the vice-president of sales of the OST Textiles He served in the U.S. Army. There is a Memorial planned for Friday, September 5, 2014 at 1:00 pm, at St Catherine Catholic Church, in Copperhill, Tn with Father Tom Moser officiating.
