The first 40 years of her life were spent on Long Island, NY. During WWII Charlotte was employed by Republic Aviation. Charlotte stayed home to raise their four children.

In 1965 a promotion took the family to Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. The adventure continued to Bangkok, Thailand, CA, TX, TN and GA. In 1973, Charlotte began employment in sales with Dillard's/Cain Sloan Company in Nashville. By her retirement in 1987, Charlotte had been number one in sales all 13 years! Her customers were well taken care of and they were loyal. Charlotte enjoyed retirement, loved to spend time with her children, grandchildren and friends. She especially enjoyed teaching and playing Skip-Bo and other card games with her grandchildren and attending Bingo at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Franklin TN with friends. Charlotte was a member of St. Henry's Catholic Church in Nashville and of The Association Of Ladies Of Charity.

From 1999 until her passing Charlotte blessed her children by agreeing to live in their homes.

In 2015 Charlotte moved to Blairsville, GA to the home of her daughter and son-in-law where she again made more memories with her family and made new friends. She also became a member of St. Francis Of Assissi Catholic Church.

Charlotte was preceded in death by James in 1987, their infant son in 1950, her parents, and all 7 of her siblings Alvina, Peter, Harry, Freddie, Mary, Lenny and Charlie.
