Donald Ray Foster

Cochran Funeral Home and Crematory of Blairsville announces funeral services for Mr. Donald Ray Foster, age 62, of North Fort Myers, Florida, who passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2017.

Mr. Foster was born in Detroit, Michigan, a son of the late William Robert Foster and the late Ella Ree Wilson Foster.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers: Edmond "Eddie" Foster, Jim Foster, Bobby Foster, and brother & sister-in-law, Bill & Darlene Foster. Surviving family members include brother and sister-in-law, Chuck and Mary "Pinky" Foster, and sister and brother-in-law, Ella Faye and Ralph Dayhuff.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, May 20, 2017, to be held at 3:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville with Rev. Bill Shakat officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday, the same day as the funeral service, beginning at 12 noon.
