Dorothy deJarnette Rex

Dorothy Rex, age 85, of Young Harris, Georgia, passed away on Friday, January 8, 2016, in Union General Hospital in Blairsville. Dorothy was a devoted wife, mother, and friend to all who were fortunate to know her. Her wit and ability to write (and of course, paint) were something those who knew her looked forward to. She lived her life in grace, providing everyone she came in contact with kindness and love.
Her request was to be cremated with little fuss. We as a family will honor her requests, and will have a memorial service in a few weeks.
Dorothy's family thanks you for all of your prayers and support during this very difficult time.
