Mrs. Ellen Elizabeth Flowers, age 82 of Morganton, passed away Friday, November 7, 2014 at Pruitt Health Care in Blue Ridge. Mrs. Flowers was born October 4, 1932 in Liberty, SC to the late Homer Earl Freeman and the late Onie Harrison Freeman. She was a member of Tri State Christian Center, she had retired from First Federal Savings and Loan of Cocoa, FL as a loan officer. She had enjoyed her retirement in the mountains of North Georgia. She was preceded in death by brothers, Homer Earle Freeman, Jr., Charles Edwin Freeman, William H. Freeman, Donald D. Freeman, husband, Harold Clyde Flowers.
Survivors include: daughters, Danna Lynn Flowers, son, Sandon Allan Flowers, brothers, Marion G. Freeman, Morris L. Freeman and sister, Chispha Freeman Ivey
Services will held at a later date in Greenville, SC
