Harlan Roberts

Mr. Harlan Roberts, age 69 of Murphy, passed away May 29, 2015 at Erlanger Health System. Mr. Roberts was born March 18, 1946 in Murphy, NC to the late Louis Albert Roberts and the late Edna M Harris Roberts. He was preceded in death his parents and sister, Elaine Passmore.

Survivors include: wife, Mary E Roberts, daughter, Sandra Sneed, son, William (Tammy) Roberts, son, Kenneth (Julie) Roberts, brother, Clinton Roberts, brother, Boone Roberts, sister, Mary Jane Curtis, sister, Ritha Mae Stiles, sister, Linda Kilpatrick, sister, Carolyn Moss, 8 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.

Funeral services: Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Cochran Funeral Home of Murphy with the Rev. Matt Mull officiating. Interment will follow in The Roberts Family Cemetery. Pallbearers: Blake Roberts, Baron Roberts, Chance Roberts, Justin Sneed, Chris Roberts, and Benjamin Roberts. Honorary Pallbearer: Drew Roberts.

The family will receive friends at the Cochran Funeral Home of Murphy on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
