Harold Shook

Mr. Harold Shook, age 79 of Hiawassee, GA passed away September 11, 2011 at Union General Hospital. Mr. Shook was born February 3, 1932 in Towns Co., GA to the Late Mr. Howard Shook & the late Mrs. Ella Garrett Shook. A member of Union Hill United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by 2 sons, Keith Shook & Dwight Shook .

Survivors include: wife, Loureita Shook, son & daughter-in-law, Mark (Anita) Shook, & son, Clinton Shook. 2 sisters, Lounell Barrett Mull, & Wanda Sprowls; 5 brothers, Jack Shook, James Shook, Bobby Shook, Douglas Shook, & Curtis Shook.

Funeral services: Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee, GA with the Rev. Chris Rumfelt & Dr. Charles Wilson officiating. Music provided by Chris Rumfelt, Claudette Griffin & the Union Hill United Methodist Church Choir. Interment will follow in Burch Cemetery. Pallbearers: Truman Barrett, Daniel Barrett. Brian Shook, Jimmy Shook, & Darrell Barrett.

The family will receive friends at the Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee, Tuesday, September 13, 2011 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
