Hazel Bertha Cole, age 88 of Morganton, passed away Friday, October 21, 2016 at Pruitt Health Care . Hazel was born April 16, 1928 in Murphy, NC to the late Burley Thomas and the late Minnie Harper Thomas. Mrs. Cole was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. Hazel enjoyed going to church and spending time with her family Mrs. Cole was preceded in death by her husband, C. L. Cole.
Survivors include: son, Tommy (Lynda) Cole, son, Lonnie (Sue) Cole, Brother, Ulas Thomas, grandson, Shaun Cole, grandson, Stacy Cole, great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Bryson Cole.
Memorial Service: Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Oak Grove Baptist Church at 2:00 P.M.
