Mr. Henry Otis David, age 83 of Murphy, NC passed away Friday, October 21, 2016. Mr. David was born October 24, 1932 in Atlanta, GA to the late Henry H. and Myrtice Poole David.
He is survived by his wife, Elaine Boynton David; daughters, Susan David and her fiancée, Martin Stratis of Albany, GA, Nancy David and her partner, Laurin Stroud of Winston-Salem, NC and Becky Salsbury and her husband, Kyle of Campbellsville, KY; son, Greg David of Murphy, NC; one granddaughter, Lainey McCorvey and her fiancée, Brandon Underwood of Richmond, KY; one grandson, Parker McCorvey and his fiancee, Rosemary Flores of Campbellsville, KY; one brother, Tom David and his wife, Elaine of Dallas, GA; sisters, Helen Allen and her husband, Emmett of Fayetteville, GA and Mary Mason and her husband, Phil of Blairsville, GA; also several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
