Irene Bell (Cole)

Mrs. Irene Cole Bell, age 68 of Murphy, NC passed away April 7, 2012 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga. Mrs. Bell was born February 2, 1944 in Fannin County, GA to the late John Ezra and Della Lucindy Bell Cole. A member of the Old Jerusalem Church in Mineral Bluff she was a loving mother, nana, and wife of 49 years. She liked to shop, travel and loved being with her family.

Survivors include: husband, Tommy Bell, son, Phillip (Melissa) Bell, daughter, Valerie (Jeff) Reese, sister, Alane (Tain) Ross, granddaughter, Kristie Davis, granddaughter, Amanda Bell, granddaughter, Amber Wisdom, granddaughter, Sierra Bell, great-grandson, Kaisen Crowder and great-granddaughter, Kaieda Bell.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 3:00 pm at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with the Reverends Roy Clore and Gene Ware officiating. Music provided by David Anderson. Interment will follow in the New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery. The gentlemen serving as Pallbearers are Roger Ross, Richard Ross, C.H. Cole, Bo Cole, Jason Bailey and Scott Bell. Honorary pallbearers are her great-grandson, Kaisen and George Bell.

The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Monday, April 09, 2012 from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm.
