Jane Rogers Hogsed, age 45, of Cumming, GA, formerly of Murphy, NC, passed away, Monday, December 14, 2009 at Northside Hospital in Cumming, Georgia.
Jane was born on July 14, 1964 in Cherokee, NC. She was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church in Lawrenceville, GA. Jane was preceded in death by her father, Roy Rogers.
Survivors include: husband, Tim Hogsed of Cumming, GA; mother Medley Brown Rogers of Murphy, NC; brothers, Johnny Rogers of Atlanta, GA, Danny Rogers of Peachtree, NC, Sammy Rogers of Manchester, TN, and Jimmy Rogers of Culberson, NC; sisters, Shirley Whitaker of Murphy, NC, Judy Kephart of Soddy Daisy, TN, and June Flowers of Andrews, NC; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 17, 2009 at 2:00 PM from the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Rogers officiataing. Pallbearers will be Jamie Rogers, Donnie Flowers, Don Flowers, Brandon Hogsed, Dustin Martin, and Scotty MacDonell. Burial will follow in Lower Bell Creek Baptist Cemetery.
The family will recive friends at the Cochran Funeral Home Wednesday from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
