Mrs. Janet Brock, age 80 of Ducktown, TN, passed away Monday, April 2, 2007 at Life Care Center of Copper Basin. Mrs. Brock was born Friday, October 22, 1926 in Sanford, NC to the late Winfrie Suggs and the late Bessie Hunter Suggs.
Survivors include: husband, Robert Brock, son & daughter-in-law, Steven & Dawn Nelson of Sweetwater, TN, daughter & son-in-law, Conda Lee & Scott Bumbarger of Decatur, AL, sister, Lillian Brower of Raliegh, NC, brother, Walter Suggs of Sanford, NC, special friend, Arlene Norwood, special friends, Robert & Helen Walden.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 5, 2007 at 2:00 PM from the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home with the Reverend Greg Harper officiating. Interment will follow in Crestlawn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8, Wednesday, April 4.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations may be made to Adventa Hospice PO Box 1497 Athens, TN 37371-1497 .
The Finch-Cochran Funeral Home of McCaysville, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
