Janice Sue Lovin

Janice Sue Lovin, age 81 of Marble, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Murphy Medical Center. Mrs. Lovin was born January 27, 1935 to the late Cecil Clyde Barton and the late Indy Sue Birchfield Barton. Janie was a member of Marble Springs Baptist Church, North Carolina Order Of The Eastern Star Marble Chapter & an avid reader. Janice was preceded in death by father, Cecil Clyde Barton, mother, Indy Sue Birchfield Barton, son, John Alan Lovin and her brother, Devereaux Barton.

Survivors include: sons, Keith Lovin, and Bryan Perry Lovin, sisters, Betty Ann Palmer, Barbara Forsythe, Cecile Palmer, brothers, Bruce Barton, Joe Barton, several grand and great grandchildren.

Funeral services: Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the Marble Springs Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Moss Cemetery. Pallbearers: Brent Lovin, Jason Lovin, Daceson Barton, River Barton, Chad Brooks and Matthew Barton.

The family will receive friends at the Marble Springs Baptist Church, Saturday, January 7, 2017, 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm.
