John H. Quintrell

Mr. John H.Quintrell, age 91 of Morganton, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at the Life Care Center of Copper Basin. Mr. Quintrell was born January 25, 1925 in Copperhill, TN to the late William Henry Quintrell and the late Nell Frye Quintrell. John had a passion for cars, and enjoyed watching Nascar in his spare time. He was preceded in death by first wife, Janette Bowling Quintrell, son, Jerry H. Quintrell, brother, Roy Quintrell and sister, Grace Postelle.
Survivors include: wife, June Quintrell, daughter, Sarah Deborah Quintrell, brother, Tommy Quintrell, sister, Doris Abernathy, sister Sandy Finch and one grandchild.
A private family service will be held Friday, January 29, 2016 at Crestlawn Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that you make a donation to your favorite charity.
Arrangements entrusted to the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, GA. You may send condolences to the family and sign the guest register at www.cochranfuneralhomes.com.
