John Keith Woodrum, age 52, of Hiawassee, GA passed away November 1, 2009 at Union General Hospital in Blairsville, Georgia.
John was born on July 20, 1957 in Duvall County, FL. He was a member of Ministeries of Grace Church. He was preceded in death by a brother, Scott Woodrum.
Survivors include: wife, Sheryl Woodrum of the home; parents James C. & Faye Peebles of Hiawassee, GA; sons Jason Weeks of Jacksonville, FL, Justin Woodrum of Hiawassee, GA, and Jonathon Woodrum of Hiawassee, GA; daughter Amanda Burgess of Hiawassee, GA; sisters Candy Gray of Jacksonville, FL, and Rebecca Thomas of Darien, GA; granddaughters Stephanie, Logan, Deanna, Mckenzie and Abigail.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of Cochran Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will recive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM.
