Kenneth Rudy Eller

Mr. Kenneth Rudy Eller, age 74, of Hiawassee, GA, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 30, 2019. Rudy was born in Hiawassee, GA, on May 2, 1944 to the late Vaughn & Ruth Foster Eller. He attended the Pine Grove Baptist Church and loved spending time with his grandkids. He loved fast cars, fishing, hunting and any other outdoor adventure he could enjoy with family. Mr. Eller is preceded in death by his parents, Vaughn & Ruth Foster Eller; brother, Raymond Eller; and nephew, Kenneth Eller.

Rudy will be remembered by all who knew him, but especially missed by his loving wife, Rachel Noblet Eller; children, Tina Smith (Darryl), Kim Hudson (Richie), and Jason Holdaway; sister, Lassie Porter; brothers, Terry Eller, Jerry Lee Eller, Rocky Harding, and Michael Wood; grandchildren, Micheal, Dillon, Matthew, Jesse, Kelsey, Natalie, Halen and Savannah; great-grandchildren, Noah, Charlie and Lainey. Also sharing in his legacy are many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2019 at 2:00pm from the chapel of Cochran Funeral Home Of Hiawassee with Rev. Terry Lawson Eller officiating. Interment will follow in Upper Hightower Baptist Church Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Michael Clifton, Matthew Clifton, Dillon Hudson, Sead Sehic, Jason Holdaway, and Halen Holdaway. The family will receive friends on Thursday April 4, 2019 from 12:00noon until the service hour at the funeral home.
