Matthew Troy Tipton, age 23, of Blue Ridge, GA passed away August 18, 2009.
Matthew was born on January 24, 1986 in Fannin County, GA, to Roy and Martha L. Tipton. He was of the Baptist Faith. He was interested in photography, film making and computer animation. He was a graduate of Fannin High School.
Survivors include: parents, Roy & Martha Tipton; brother & sister-in-law, Andy & Niomi Tipton of Blue Ridge, GA; sisters, Lori J. Tipton of Anchorage, AK, and Angie Arp of Blue Ridge, GA; brother, Jim Lloyd of Puerto Rico- nieces, nephews, aunts & uncles.
Funeral services will be held Friday, August 28, 2009 at 2:00 PM from the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Gerald Mathis officiataing. Music will be provided by The Beach Family. Interment will follow in Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will recive friends at the Thursday from 6:00 PM until 9:00 P.M.
