Mr. Michael Bradley Rogers, age 26 of Dallas, GA, passed away Thursday, May 14, 2009. Mr. Rogers was born Tuesday, March 8, 1983 in Marietta, GA to Michael Rogers and Judy Rogers. He was preceded in death by a brother, James Rogers, maternal grandparents, Jack and Anna Lou Rogers, paternal grandfather, Paxton Rogers and uncles, Ronnie Rogers and Don Ballew.
Survivors include: parents, Mchael and Judy Rogers of Dallas, GA, brother and sister-in-law, Brandon and Kristen Rogers of Dallas, GA, paternal grandmother, Helen Rogers of Blairsville, GA, Aunts and Uncles, Portia and J.E. Corn of Blairsville, GA, Pam and Rev. Tim Garrett of Blue Ridge, GA and Kay and Paul Jones of Blairsville, GA, and nieces, Ashlyn Rogers and Kaylee Rogers.
Funeral services will be held Monday, May 18, 2009 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of the Cochran Funeral Home with the Rev. Ray Potts and Rev. Tim Garrett officiating. Music will be provided by Mrs. Elizabeth Plott. Interment will follow in the Liberty Hill Methodist Church Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are: Justin Massey, Peyton Massey, Bill Doerr, Tim Hegwood, Aaron Higginbotham, Kramer Borders, Joey Leonard and Michael Roper.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-9 PM, Sunday, May 17.
The Cochran Funeral Home of Blairsville, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
