Polly M. Kaylor (Loudermilk)

Mrs. Polly M. Kaylor, age 85 of Copperhill, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Life Care Center of Copper Basin Polly was born May 5, 1926 in Polk County, TN to the late T. L. Louderrmilk and the late Belvia Thompson . She was a member of McCaysville First Baptist. Preceded in death byher parents, husbands , G. J Marshall, and Brooke Kaylor; brother,c. S. Loudermilk, and sister-in-law, Ruth Loudermilk.

She was married to Guinn J. "Twinkle" Marshall in 1944. They were married until Jannuary 13, 1959, when he was killed unexpectedly in an automobile accident. They shared a child, Lisa Eve Marshall who was born January 21, 1959 after the accident.

Polly married Brook Kaylor in 1972. She traveled through out the United States with Brooke for sixteen years while he worked as a lead burner. He passed away January 10, 1988. They loved each other dearly and enjoyed seeing the country and playing golf together.

In later years she continued to enjoy playing golf, shopping, gardening, growing flowers, fishing with all her dear friend, Bobbie Morgan, and doing things to help her friends in need. She was a resident Ducktown Housing Authoring and her special neighbor was Edna Davis who she loved dearly.

Survivors include: daughter & son-in-law, Lisa and David Adkisson, stepson, Tim Kaylor, niece, Sharon Davenport, niece & husband, Karen and Rick Posey, great nephews and wives, Mr. & Mrs, Greg Davenport, and children, Mr. & Mrs. Matt Davenport, and children.

The funeral Service will from the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 1:15 p.m. with Rev. Matthew McDaniel officiating. She will be laid to rest at the Crestlawn Cemetery in McCaysville, Georgia with a family graveside service.

The family will meet with family and friends Tuesday, January 31, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
