She was born in Fannin County, GA, May 19, 1922 the daughter of Harley & Pearl Stanley.
She was a member of Blue Ridge Church of God.
Surviving are; son & daughter in law, Paul & Virginia Neal, daughter & son in law, Shirley & Lolis Dillard, daughter & son in law, Marilyn & Deryl Griggs, daughter, Allene Gill, 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren & 2 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband, Woodrow Neal, son, J. Howard Neal, sister, Edna Stanley & grandson, David Neal.
Friends will be received Saturday, December 19, 2009 from 6:00pm - 9:00pm at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home, Blue Ridge, GA.
Services will be held Sunday, December 20, 2009 at 2:00pm from the Henry Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Chris Taylor and Rev. Denny Hawkins officiating. Music will be by Valerie Taylor. Interment will follow in the Chastain Memorial Park Cemetery.
