Robert Tankersley

Mr. Robert Tankersley, age 68 of Blue Ridge, passed away July 9, 2016 at Mountain View Health & Rehab of Clayton, Ga. Mr. Tankersley was born July 29, 1947 in Epworth, GA to the late Reuben Tankersley and the late Ruth Jones Tankersley. A member of the Baptist faith, he was preceded in death by his parents Ruben Tankersley and Ruth Jones Tankersley, his brother Raymond Tankersley and nephews David Tankersley and Kenneth Tankersley.

Survivors include: Friends Ann Black and Robert Odom, nephew, Michael Tankesley, niece, Pamela Tankersley, and many grand nephews and nieces.

Funeral service will be held at Henry Cochran funeral home of Blue Ridge, Georgia on Tuesday July 12, 2016 at 11:00 am with the Reverend Scott Baugh officiating. Interment will follow in Epworth Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Monday, July 11, 2016 at the funeral home from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
