Mrs. Farist was born on April 25, 1964 in Pickens County, GA to Danny and Jewell Davis of Ellijay, GA.
Survivors include: husband, Wayne Farist, daughter & son in law, Misty Jarrard & Drexell Staley, daughter, Jesse Pacheco, son, Zachary Farist, sister & brother in law, Robin & Jerome Jordan, sister & brother in law, Carolyn & Kendall Pain, brother, Denny C. Wofford, sister, Connie Roberts and 4 grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 2:00pm in the Harvest Missionary Church of Ellijay. Rev. Glen Arnold will be officiating.
