Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee announces the death of Mrs. Ruth Bates Laderer, 89, of Hiawassee, Georgia, who passed away on Monday, January 26, 2015 in Chatuge Regional Nursing Home in Hiawassee.
Ruth was a native of Montgomery, Pennsylvania, and was a daughter of the late William Fowler Bates and the late Florence Lillian Wood Bates. She was a homemaker, and had been preceded in death by her husband, Henry Chatwin Laderer.
