Ruth Cole

Jo Ruth Cole, age 85 of Isabella, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2014, at Copper Basin Life Care Center. She was born September 13, 1928, in Ducktown, TN to the late Sid Blackwell and the late Ethel Cole Blackwell . She worked at Copper Basin Hospital as a nurse for over twenty-five years. Part of that time Mrs. Cole served as Director of Nursing. She loved her cats, cooking, gardening, and reading. She was preceded in death by husband, Rex Cole, in March, 1999.
Survivors include: son, Steve Cole, granddaughter, Rebecca Bright, grandson, Nathan Cole, great grandchildren, Ava Rae Bright and Elijah Cole Bright.
No services planed. Interment will be in Zion Hill Cemetery.
