Viva Kathleen Thomason

Viva Kathleen Thomason, age 70 of Blue Ridge, passed away January 30, 2017 at her home . Mrs. Thomason was born October 14, 1946 in Blairsville, GA to the late Grover Morris and the late Viva Towe Morris. A member of Star Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Buell Coyt Thomason.

Survivors include: daughter, Yvette Doby, daughter, Amelia Thomason, son, Cody (Hallie) Thomason, Brother, Vaughn (Cathy) Morris, sister, Malissa Brown, sister, Sheila (Gary) Jones, sister, Gloria (Junior) Lunsford, Brother, Steve (Loretta) Morris, and one grandchild, Caymen Thomason

Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 5, 2017 at 2:00 pm from the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home with the Rev. Randolph Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Sugar Hill Baptist Church Cemetery .
Pallbearers will include Jamie Lunsford, Jason Lunsford, Joey Jones, Shane Morris, Zach Morris, and Logan Brown.

The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Saturday, February 4, 2017, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
