Mr. William Ernest "Buddy" Suit, age 71, of McCaysville, GA passed away January 13, 2010 at the Park Ridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN.
Mr.Suit was born on January 20, 1938 in Fannin, GA, to William and Lois Nell Harper Suit. He was the pastor and member of Midway Baptist Church. Buddy enjoyed gardening, the out doors, fishing, four wheeling, camping, hunting,
and bird watching. Buddy loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include: wife, Katherine Padgett Suit; son, William Suit of Atlanta, GA; daughters ,Dianne Suit of McCaysville,and Dana Harper of Mineral Bluff, GA; sisters, Barbara Ledford of Copperhill, TN, Patsy Ledford of Wolf Creek, NC, and Linda Foster of Dawsonville, GA; granddaughters, Brittany Harper, Kati Suit, and Brandi Harper; and 2 grandsons: Will and Evan Suit.
Funeral services were held Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 2:00 PM from the Finch-Cochran Chapel with Reverend Donald Padgett officiataing. Music was provided by Mrs. Ruth Bramblett. Pallbearers were Chris Foster, Tim Ledford, Shane Mackey, Andy Padgett, Chris Padgett, and Eric Padgett. Burial followed in the Copper Ridge Memorial Gardens.
