Cochran Funeral Home and Crematory of Blairsville announces the death of Mrs. Carol Ann Tanner, age 75, of Blairsville, Georgia, who passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2022 in Blairsville.
Mrs. Tanner was born in Jamaica, New York, a daughter of the late John Gargan, Sr., and the late Dorothy Whitelaw Gargan. She moved to Blairsville to live full-time about 20 years ago, moving here from Conway, South Carolina. Carol was of the Catholic faith, and was an antique dealer.
Surviving family members include her husband, David Tanner, of Blairsville; and her brother, John Gargan, Jr., of Islamorada, Florida.
