Edward "Clinton" Arrowood

Edward "Clinton" Arrowood passed away at home after a long, hard battle with cancer January 25th, 2023. Clinton served in the Marines, stationed at Camp Le Jeune, with 3 tours in Vietnam.
He drove long haul trucking most of his life.  After retiring, he surveyed for several years. He loved hunting, fishing, camping, and gardening when he was at home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Turn and Della Mae (Nicholson) Arrowood; his first wife, June McConnell; and second wife, Sharon Mauldin Arrowood.
He was born March 6th, 1944 in Murphy, NC, but lived his entire life in Towns County.
He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline "Jackie" Arrowood; daughter, Nicole (Scott) Garrett; stepdaughter, Jessica Rae Arrowood; sister Kay (Truett) Spiva; one niece, Beth (Royce) Dillard and their two daughters, Kaylee and Kortney. Many friends and relatives also survive.
As per his wishes, there will be no service or memorial.
If you wish, you may give to your favorite charity, or plant a tree to help build back our  forests which the urban community have destroyed.
