Felton Dean Phillips

Mr. Felton Dean Phillips, age 43, of Morganton, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2007 at Kennestone Hospital . Mr. Phillips was born Tuesday, September 17, 1963 in Cobb County, Ga. to the late Ernest Felton Phillips and Modine Pearson Phillips. He was a member of the Damascus Baptist Church and was preceded in death by father, Ernest Felton Phillips and sister, Nancy Ruth Cheek.

Survivors include: mother, Modine Phillips of Morganton, sister & brother in law, Patricia Sue & James Oliver of Mineral Bluff, sister & brother in law, Jane & Rev. Joe Dan Wilkins of Morganton, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, February 21, 2007 at 11:00 AM from the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Danny Collis and Reverend Arthur Lee Croft officiating. Music will be provided by Beach Family. Interment followed in Toccoa Baptist Church Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were: Tommy Grindstaff, Junior Beach, Edward Lewis, Garland Nicholson, David White, and Wayne Stover.

The Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
