Robert Follese

Robert David Follese, 80, of Blairsville, Georgia, passed away October 19, 2022 in his home in Blairsville. Robert was born July 25, 1942 in Minneapolis, MN to the late Siguard Follese and Leila Follese.

He grew up in Minnesota, lived in Florida for many years, and retired to Blairsville 12 years ago. He loved the North Georgia mountains and enjoyed feeding the deer and birds. He always had a project and greatly enjoyed woodworking.

He served in his country in the army. He was a master electrician and an electrical contractor for many years. In regards to his job, he often said, "If you do what you love, you never work a day in your life."

Survivors include; his wife, Karen Follese; Kim (Jeff) Miller, Marc Follese, Steven (Lenora) Follese, and Dan (Maria) Follese; he is also survived by his beloved grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Siguard and Leila Follese; and son, Ben Follese.

Robert will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
