Ruth King Ross

Ruth King Ross, age 90, of Mineral Bluff, GA, passed away Monday, April 12, 2021, in Blue Ridge, GA. Mrs. Ross was born August 24, 1930, in Englewood, TN, to the late John Jackson King and the late Dora Garren King. A member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Herman Ross, brothers, JJ King, John Earl King, Otis King, and Harold King, and sister, Lois Ellen Sheppard. Ruth enjoyed shopping, basketball, and camping. Her family and friends will dearly miss her.

Survivors include son Clifford Lynn Ross and daughter-in-law Lisa Ross; daughter Linda Hughes and fiancé Mike Bosler; grandchildren, Stephanie Ballew and husband Jamey Ballew; and Morgan Kreis and husband Garrison Kreis; and great-grandchildren, Allie Ballew, Anna Ballew, Ava Kreis, and Addi Mae Kreis.

Private Funeral Service: Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at 3:00 pm at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home with the Rev. Al Patterson officiating. Interment will follow in Copper Ridge Memorial Gardens. Music by: Ed Vest. Pallbearers: Barry Thomas, Garrison Kreis, Jamey Ballew, Marty Owens, Kevin O'Neal, and William McClure.
