Sandra Maxine Thomas, age 74 of Savannah, GA passed away Thursday, September 3, 2020 at her home. Mrs. Thomas was born September 14, 1945 in Murphy, NC to the late Paul Adam Penland and the late Bernice Ella Beaver Penland. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas, her sister, Debra Penland, and her brother, Paul Mitchell "Mickey" Penland.
Survivors include: sister, Margaret Mayne.
Memorial service: Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home of Blue Ridge with Dr. Tom Jordan officiating.
