Scellos Bruce Leavins

Scellos Bruce Leavins, 77, of Ducktown TN, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at Northside Hospital Gwinnett  in Lawrenceville GA. Scellos was born November 20, 1944, in Ducktown, TN to Cecil and Bonnie Bruce.  

She was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Bruce; mother, Bonnie Bruce; sister, Louise Breeden; sister, Bobbie Ashley; sister, Marilyn Hamby; brother, Alley Bruce; brother, Max Bruce; sister, Patsy Heldt.  and brother Sam Bruce.  She is survived by her 2 brothers  Olin Bruce and Guinn Bruce, Scellos is also survived by her Daughter Schanda Maney (Mickey Mckenzey) and her son John (Chrysti) Maney, and her grandchildren Kamrin Maney, and Emily Maney.

She dearly loved her family, especially the family birthday trips.  She enjoyed viewing Christmas lights and visiting the beach.   

Funeral Service, on Thursday June  2, 2022 at  1:00 PM at Finch-Cochran Funeral Home with Rev. Matthew McDaniel officiating.  

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers, Mike Ashely, Landon Morgan, Jace Robinson, Mark Royal, Andrew Gum, and Dennis Ledford.  Honorary Pallbearers are, Bob Nanney, Mickey McKenzey, Eric Morgan, and Tommy Crownover.

The family will receive friends at Finch-Cochran Funeral Home on Thursday, June 2,  2022, from 11:00 AM -  1:00 PM.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Heart and Lung Association.
