Mrs. Sharon DeVon Dalton Turner, 76, of Blue Ridge passed away on Friday, September 23rd at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, following a valiant battle against cancer. She was born on May 6, 1946, in McCaysville, GA to the late Louie and Hildred Dalton. Dale and Sharon loved to travel and saw all 50 states along with many foreign countries. In addition to traveling with the love of her life, Sharon adored being Nana to her 6 grandchildren. Be it a band concert, dance recital, PTA program, or a ball game, the grandkids could always count on Nana and Poppy to cheer them on from the sidelines.

She is also survived by her grandchildren, Dakota Ballew of Ducktown, TN, Laura Howell of Alpharetta, GA, Grant Howell of Gainesville, GA, Kylie Turner of Smith's Station, AL, and Will and Eli Rhodes of Brentwood, TN.
