Mrs. Stroup was born in Blairsville, Georgia on November 6, 1931 to W. Bunyon Payne and Laura Cook Payne.
She will be warmly remembered by all who knew her, but especially missed by her son, Michael Stroup. Many nieces and nephews also share in her legacy.
Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, September 27, 2021 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. William Kerr officiating.
